Some  daily  skin  care  necessities;

Skin plays a major role in making you look fair.so we have to pay attention in treating our skin. proper care and protection must be taken in treating your skin.Follow these basic skin care steps so that you can have a glowing  and youthful skin.

  • Good intake of water

Have upto two liters of water daily.Because lots of water is excreted through our body in the form of sweating evaporation and through urination.To balance this outgoing of water we need to have a good intake of  water. If there is an imbalance between input and output of then dehydration takes place.Dehydration is nothing but the loss of fluids like sweat urine etc,From the body.To prevent this dehydration excess of  water should be taken into the body.Major part to our body is composed of water which is   essential in performing many functions such as respiration digestion transportation of nutrients and maintenance of normal temperature of  the body .When you have insufficient amount of  water you look really tired it can be seen on your face because when you are tired your face looks very dull.So to prevent this dullness water  is  a must.skin also becomes dry  when  there  is  no  enough  of  water  in your  body.dry skin  means  bad appearance  .now  you  might  have  understood  why  good  intake  of  water  is  necessary.

  • Good exercise
exercise  around 30 minutes a day .good exercise means healthy blood circulation.healthy blood circulation rejuvenates our skin and helps it look better.Because when you have good blood circulation the blood that carries oxygen to different parts of  the body increases and also the nutrients that should be carried increases and cell debris is taken out in large amounts all these factors ensure your skin with a good condition .

  • Good  sleep

Lack of sleep makes you look dull and irritated.Dark circles appear on your face and you look ugly.
so good sleep is essential in looking glamorous.The skin undergoes repairing restoration and re-balancing while you are sleeping.when you don't have proper sleep the blood vessels dilate and dark spots appear on your face.All the hormonal and metabolic activities occur on your skin while you  are sleeping.All these processes are interrupted when you have less sleep.So good sleep is the most prominent aspect in looking beautiful.

  • Remove make up before sleep


It is important to let your skin breathe. Remove your makeup before you sleep every night. Yes, follow this step every night without fail no matter how tired you are! With makeup, your skin cannot repair by itself.

Using oil to remove makeup is perhaps the best way than using harsh chemicals. Those with oily skin feel that excess oil can cause more harm, well it is not so, oil helps to dissolve dirt and sebum without stripping the face of the natural oils. Those with oily skin can also use astringent like neem based cleanser.
Make sure the cleanser is water based. But virgin olive oil is the best, it remove all eye and face make up in one step. You can also use castor oil, its anti-bacterial and great your skin. You can also blend castor oil with almond oil, avocado oil and jojoba oil to remove wrinkles and give your skin the natural glow.

  1. Blend half cup of virgin olive oil and castor oil.
  2. Apply it on your face and gently massage. Use the oil to remove all the eye makeup gently.
  3. Now dip the washcloth in warm water and wring out the excess moisture.
  4. Place it on your face and keep it for a minute and then wipe out the excess oil.

  • Have vitamin rich food:

Take Vitamin A and Vitamin C rich foods in your diet.This will bring a natural glow and fairness to your skin.Vitamin C tablets are also available.You can have one tablet every day after lunch for a clear skin tone.Vitamins A,C are required for the natural functioning of  the skin.




  • Sun screen lotion :
It is better option to have sun screen lotion on your skin when you go out because it protects your skin from harmful UV rays(ultraviolet rays) .Now what exactly are these UV rays? well,simply they are some harmful radiations emitted by the sun and these radiations has the ability to penetrate into the skin and can have some serious issues with it.They cause black spots ,they make it get tanned ,they also cause premature wrinkles on it which look pretty awkward and they are the main reason for the skin cancer in human beings.
Sun screen lotion can prevent these radiations from entering the skin there by reducing the radiations effect on the skin.The factor that plays the part in the working of the sun screen lotion is the  "SPF" which is elaborated as "sun protection factor".You might have noticed this SPF on sunscreen lotions that you use regularly this tells us how good the lotion is i.e, the capability of a lotion.Simply a lotion with SPF 20 can prevent a person's skin from getting red 20 times greater than the original time.For example if a gets burned in 15 minutes then by applying the sun screen lotion with SPF 20 his burning time is increased to 20*15 times the initial time i.e,, 300 minutes.In markets we have creams with SPF around 15-50.Remember more the SPF the more is the protection power.Sun screens lotions with more than 50 have been prepared but they haven't been proved much effective than those creams with SPF 50.
